Elmer Rodas is the Operations Manager at Flooring Strategies.

He began his career in commercial flooring installation more than 20 years ago.

Elmer now oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and job specific material distribution for our team.

He enjoys spending time in his beloved El Salvador and spending time with his family when he is not at work.
