Thomas Parks is the Lead Estimator at Flooring Strategies.

He came to us in 2018 with extensive experience over 30 years as a restaurant area manager where he oversaw 24 restaurants and well over 300 employees. 

Thomas is an expert in day-to-day operations, management, inventory control, profit and loss management, and leadership training.

He leads our estimating team in measuring each project, budgeting, and submitting proposals.

When not at work, Thomas loves to barbeque, host tailgates with his wife, cheer for all his New York teams, and cheer for the Clemson Tigers with his son.
