Our Process

The Flooring Strategies, Inc. Process can start TWO ways Depending on the Client:

Number One: Our team will design/build where we help create budgets, scope, specifications for our clients.

Our clients can give us an idea of what they are looking for and somewhat of a budget. We can offer materials in that price range. We have an extensive library and global network of suppliers to work with.

Number Two: When we receive an invitation to bid a project from a General Contractor, the bid is sent to estimating@flooring-strategies.com.  We accept the bid and begin working on the drawings associated with the proposal.  

·        Our estimating team uses high end estimating software and expertise to prepare accurate proposals establishing material and labor costs and lead times. All bids are reviewed and submitted by the same project manager who will be working on the project from start to completion.

·        Once awarded the project, our project manager stays in constant communication with client to establish schedule, provide samples of all materials and lead times.

·        Once samples are approved, material orders are placed and regular updates on the status of the material are relayed to the client.

·        Once materials arrive in our warehouse the project manager schedules and oversees installation.

·        At project completion we provide warranty, operation, maintenance, and product specification paperwork for the client.
